Physical Products (Clothes & Telecom): - Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. - Refunds processed within 7--10 business days after receiving returns. - Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless product is defective.
Digital Products (Software): - No refunds after download or license delivery. - Defective license? Contact us within 48 hours for replacement.
Clothing: Manufacturer defects covered for 30 days.
Telecom Products: Warranty as per manufacturer; see product listing.
